Mr Rodney Christopher of DoI has assured the Commissioners that the bus shelter which was removed at Glen Mona in April will be re-installed as soon as possible. This follows sustained pressure from the Commissioners, particularly the Chairman, Mark Cowley, to ensure that the Department made more effort to communicate on a local level, made new arrangements, and reversed the situation they had created. The return of the bus shelter will be welcome news for residents and schoolchildren as the winter weather begins to worsen.
