Dhoon Arboretum
The Dhoon Arboretum has benefited from several years of attention by local volunteers who have carried out a huge amount of work along with Island Contractors of Ramsey. The facility is a marvelous place to picnic or wander in an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.
The Dhoon Arboretum has benefited from several years of attention by local volunteers who have carried out a huge amount of work along with Island Contractors of Ramsey. The facility is a marvelous place to picnic or wander in an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.
A new group of specimen trees have recently been introduced as well as native wildflowers and a new pathway scheme to 'guide' the visitor around the trees and up to the viewing area; from which the accompanying photograph was taken.
