Pavement Improvements
The DOT have also advised the Commissioners that the pavement beside the A2 Coast Road between Dhoon Church Hall and the Dhoon School will be improved. This will involve cutting back of the hedge to effectively widen the pavement. The Commissioners had requested that improvements be made following expressions of concerns from local residents who walk the path; particularly parents of children who walk to the school. It is expected that these works will be undertaken in the weeks following the TT Festival.
