Commissioners Welcome Success of Initiative with Beach Buddies The Port Mooar beach clean was a great success this weekend. A great deal of material was removed from the beach and Bill and Brian from Beach Buddies were on hand to demonstrate the new receptacles which they will be servicing at Port Mooar, Port Lewaigue and Port Cornaa. The Commissioners have sponsored three bins at these locations and encourage their use to keep Maughold's beaches clean for residents and visitors alike. Wendy Hurst of Cranstal Cottage also has a bin (beside the telephone kiosk) at Port e Vullen into which materials picked up at that beach can be taken. The Commissioners are very grateful to
