DAFF announce Upper Dhoon Glen Pathway Open
DAFF has informed the Commissioners that the Upper section of he Dhoon Glen path is now open following major repairs. The section from just behind the Cafe on the A2 down to the point which it crosses the Dhoon Loop Road had been closed for some time due to storm damage.
The long section east of the Loop Road that runs down beside the Dhoon Glen Waterfall to the sea was not affected by the closure and has remained open throughout the period.
