Number 16 Bus Cuts - Update.
The Commissioners have been in communication with Ian Longworth, the Head of Isle of Man Transport in regard to other options for the cuts to the Number 16 Service. At this stage a mini-bus based service seems to have been discounted by Mr Longworth. However, the Commissioners are seeking the retention of a service on more week days rather than just Thursday and Friday as proposed, and have requested that all is done to maintain a Saturday Service. Any progress in these matters will be reported as soon as possible..
