Dog Fouling Problems at Port Lewaigue
Maughold Commissioners request that dog owners using the coastal pathway from the car park at Port Lewaigue clear up after their animals. A member of the public contacted the Commissioners in June about the problem of dog fouling in the area, particularly on the walkway around Gob ny Rona. The warden will be patrolling the area with more frequency to monitor the situation and deal with anyone found offending. Further signage will be erected in the area. The Commissioners request that dog owners carry bags or equipment to clear up after their animals at all times.
